Consular diplomacy during the pandemic: The managements humanitarian of the Peruvian Foreign Ministry against COVID-19

The main objective of this academic paper is to make a comprehensive and complete analysis of the consular policy established by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This article shows that Peruvian consular policy has been very effective in preventing massive contagion and the spread of the virus while facilitating the repatriation of Peruvians abroad to the national territory and the evacuation of foreigners to their respective countries of origin.
