Costa Rica and Peru: a past of solidarity, a common destiny

Costa Rica and Peru celebrate this year 2021 the Bicentennial of their Independence. They became independent from the Kingdom of Spain on July 28 and September 15 respectively, as if this had been an omen of what would be the close relationship that the two countries would have in the future.
