Abstract

The article aims to make visible the multidimensionality of the dynamics of Japanese cooperation, which through its various modalities and/or cooperation schemes, has been implemented in Peru in a sustained manner. Despite the political events, international development cooperation (IDC) was maintained, with the training program being the backbone of cooperation and the articulation of its schemes an important variable in the key to success.
