La competencia estratégica entre Estados Unidos y China: una mirada desde el Congreso norteamericano.

La relación entre los Estados Unidos y la República Popular China son particularmente relevantes en el concierto internacional desde que el auge del gigante asiático desafía cada vez más la posición hegemónica de los EE.UU. La competencia estratégica entre los EE.UU. y China es una realidad y la relación bilateral entre ambas potencias se mantiene ambivalente, fluctuante entre la asociación y la rivalidad. En dicho contexto, el Congreso estadounidense busca una respuesta efectiva a la "amenaza china" e influye cada vez más en cómo se concibe dicha relación. La creciente injerencia por parte del Capitolio aporta nuevas dinámicas a una relación bilateral con China que de por sí es tensa y compleja.
